3、he new lawsuit (Bhattarai v. Nielsen) argued that DHSs decisions to end the TPS designations for Nepal and Honduras inexplicably departed from the agencys longstanding policies governing TPS determinations, and that the agencys actions were motivated by racial and national origin discrimination. On
4、March 12, 2019, the federal district court granted the parties stipulated request to stay the proceedings pending adjudication of the Governments appeal of the courts preliminary injunction issued in Ramos v. Nielsen. Further, the Government has agreed not to terminate the TPS designations for Nepal
