The CASH Act would have expanded the second round of stimulus checks enacted as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (P.L. 116-260) and modified the first round of checks enacted in the CARES Act (P.L. 116-136) for certain households with older childre
3、n and adult dependents. The Biden Administration has proposed increasing already enacted stimulus checks in a similar fashion as proposed in the CASH Act.
