While understanding the desire to have a stand-alone document there is great redundancy between this JTTP and DOD 2000.12-H. However, FPCON measures are deleted in this version which defeats the stand
4、-alone nature. Eliminating unnecessary redundancies will reduce the size of the JTTP and reduce or negate the need to change the JTTP as changes to DOD 2000.12H occur.
