1、The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action(JCPOA)agreed to by Iran and the P5+1(China,France,Germany,Russia,the United Kingdom,and the United States)on July 14,2015,represents a historic moment for U.S.foreign policy.The agreement will have to be judged based on its ability to help further four key Amer
2、ican objectives:Prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon;Increase stability in the Middle East;Strengthen the non-proliferation regime;and Improve Americas global standing.Leveraging the agreement to achieve these objectives is far from a foregone conclusion.Success will depend heavily on the po
