3、 APH Program was established to create greater continuity,focus,and persistent engagement on Afghanistan and Pakistan.The programdevelops a cadre of military and civilian experts who speak the local language,are culturally attuned,and focused on regional issues for an extendedduration.APH personnel
4、are nominated and selected by their Service,assignedto Tampa,FL for extended tours during which they rotate in and out of forwarddeployed positions and obtain advanced education to influence operations inthe region.The APH Program produces experts who serve in key advisorassignments and facilitate u
