This report provides summaries of and references to the entities thatconstitute EPR, as well as brief statements of issues that may c

Thisreportwillbeupdatedassignificanteventsimplementingthelegislationoccur.Overview of ProvisionsThe Homeland Security Act of 2002 establishes the Emergency Preparedness andResponse (EPR) Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).1Themission of EPR is to i
