Two new agreements were signed regardingthe Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights against piracy and counterfeiting and aHigher Education and Vocational Training program. An expansion of existingcooperation on energy security was announced along with the establishment
4、of a HighLevel Dialogue on Climate Change, Clean Energy and Sustainable Development. TheSummit also addressed differences of opinion on issues such as the Guantanamodetention center, and the visa waiver program. This report will not be updated.
