The stay will remain in place until the Supreme Court resolves any appeal from the ongoing proceed
3、ings in the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Justices Sotomayor and Ginsburg dissented from the grant of the stay. According to media reports, the Administration had begun implementing the IFR nationwide the day after obtaining the stay. The upshot
