2、),and in accordance with Deputy Secretary of Defense Memorandum(Reference(b),this directive:a.Establishes the Defense Health Agency(DHA)with the mission,organization and management,responsibilities and functions,relationships,and authorities as described in this directive.b.Effective October 1,2013,
3、disestablishes the TRICARE Management Activity(TMA),transfers appropriate TMA functions to the DHA,and cancels DoD Directive(DoDD)5136.12(Reference(c).Any reference in law,rule,regulation,or issuance to TMA will be deemed to be a reference to DHA,unless otherwise specified by the Secretary of Defens
