3、 of diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages(DMSMS).Implements a risk-based,proactive DMSMS management approach for all DoD systems and the DoD items(e.g.,the parts,equipment,assemblies,components,material,and software)that comprise them throughout their life cycles.Establishes the charter for the DoD DMSMS Working Group.
