2、1.Purpose.The instruction provides policy on negotiating and concludinginternational military telecommunications agreements and arrangements tosell or exchange telecommunications support or services to allow the transfer ofdata and voice traffic between the United States and regional defenseorganiza

3、tions or friendly foreign nations.It also provides for delegation ofauthority for certain kinds of telecommunications agreements.2.Superseded/Cancellation.Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction(CJCSI)6740.01C,18 January 2013,is hereby superseded.3.Applicability.This instruction applies to
