The same law also includes theother three FY2009 appropriations acts: one funding the Department
4、 of Defense(Division C of P.L. 110-329), one funding the Department of Homeland Security(Division D of P.L. 110-329), and one funding military construction, the Department ofVeterans Affairs, and related agencies (Division E of P.L. 110-329).
