3、 to U.S. manufacturers, as a result of investigations under Section 201 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2251, as amended). When initiating the actions on January 23, the President said, “My administration is committed to defending American companies, and theyve been very badly hurt from harmful
