3、reasinglycapableregionalrogues,suchasNorthKoreaandIran,whichpossessoraredevelopingnuclearweaponsandtheabilitytodeliverthemtogreatdistances.Wealsofacetheneed,todayandintothefuture,towageaglobalcounterinsurgencycampaignagainstjihadistterroristgroups.Atthesametime,ithasbecomepainfullyobviousthattheUnit
