2、creasingly rely on deliberate public disclosureof intelligence data as an instrument of influence and coercion.Such was the case,for instance,when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented,during his annual speechat the United Nations General Assembly last September,photographs of what he claimed was a“secret atomicwarehouse”in a Tehran suburb.Five months earlier,Netanyahu publicly revealed with great fanfare Irans nucleararchive thousands of documents,photos,and videos related to Irans secret nuclear program,stolen by Israeli Mossadagents from the Iranian capital in January 2018.
