3、icy and assigns responsibilities governing combat feeding research and engineering(R&E)in the DoD.Establishes the DoD Combat Feeding Research and Engineering Board(CFREB)to conduct R&E activities related to combat feeding.Establishes the DoD Nutrition Committee to carry out activities related to nutrition.Designates the Secretary of the Army as the DoD Executive Agent(DoD EA)for the DoD Combat Feeding Research and Engineering Program(CFREP)in accordance with DoD Directive 5101.01.
