3、control of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness(USD(P&R).Establishes the ASD(R)as the successor in part to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for ReserveAffairs(ASD(RA)with respect to the responsibilities and functions identified in Section 2 of thisissuance.Establishes the ASD(R)as the successor in part to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readinessand Force Management(ASD(R&FM)with respect to the responsibilities and functions identified inSection 2 of this issuance.
