2、Title 10,United States Code(U.S.C.)(Reference(b),to implement DoD policy and assign responsibilities for the SAPR Program on prevention,response,and oversight to sexual assault.2.APPLICABILITY.This Directive:a.Applies to:(1)OSD,the Military Departments,the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs
