2、establishes policy,assigns responsibilities,and provides governance procedures for IGI&S,pursuant to DoDDs 5105.60(Reference(b)and 8000.01(Reference(c),and in accordance with Sections 751-759 of Public Law 115-254(Reference(d).2.APPLICABILITY.a.This instruction applies to OSD,the Military Department
3、s,the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Joint Staff,the Combatant Commands,the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense,the Defense Agencies,the DoD Field Activities,and all other organizational entities within the DoD(referred to collectively in this in
