3、ent Purpose:In accordance with the authority in DoD Directive(DoDD)5135.02,this issuance:Implements policies for the eligibility of passengers,cargo,and human remains for transportation on DoD aircraft.Provides policies and assigns responsibilities for the transportation of DoD-sponsored passengers,cargo,and human remains in accordance with DoDDs 4500.09 and 4500.56 and DoD Instruction(DoDI)4500.57.Establishes and provides implementing policies for the space-available travel program.
