2、ce(a),this instruction:a.Reissues DoDD 5122.8(Reference(b)as a DoD instruction(DoDI),pursuant to DoDI 5025.01(Reference(c),to establish policy,assign responsibilities,and prescribe procedures for the use of DoD transportation assets for public affairs purposes.b.Incorporates and cancels DoDI 5435.2(
3、Reference(d).2.APPLICABILITY.This instruction applies:a.To OSD,the Military Departments,the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Joint Staff(CJCS),the Combatant Commands(CCMDs),the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense,the Defense Agencies,the DoD Field
