3、),CombatSupport Agencies(CSAs),Office of the Secretary of Defense(OSD),Joint Staff(JS),Services(when Service equities are involved),and other joint activities.4.Policya.In accordance with Title 10,Section 193(reference a)the Chairman ofthe Joint Chiefs of Staff(CJCS)is required to conduct a biennial
