3、ibilities governing delinquent indebtedness of Servicemembers.Prescribes procedures for processing involuntary allotments from the pay of Service members tosatisfy judgment indebtedness in accordance with Section 5520a(k)of Title 5,United States Code(U.S.C.).Implements Section 5520a(k)of Title 5,U.S.C.,Section 1601 et al.of Title 15,U.S.C.,also knownas the“Truth in Lending Act,”and Section 1692 of Title 15,U.S.C.,also known and referred to in thisissuance as the“Fair Debt Collection Practices Act(FDCPA).”
