2、do Ferrero Diez Canseco signed the U.S.-Peru TradePromotion Agreement (PTPA). On January 6, 2006, President Bush notified theCongress of the United States intention to enter into the PTPA. Implementinglegislation may be introduced in the 110th Congress. The Peruvian Congress voted 79-14 to approve t
3、he agreement with the United States in June 2006. The PTPA is acomprehensive trade agreement that, if ratified, would eliminate tariffs and otherbarriers in goods and services trade between the two countries.
